Align Partnership is a socially responsible organisation, formed by a group of SMEs who share similar values, and working practices, along with a firm belief in collaborative working. Together, we offer a range of bespoke services centred around organisational change. By joining forces, the members of Align are able to provide a streamlined and cost-effective route for customers who wish to utilise a range of services through a single intregrated channel.
Whilst providing the depth and range of organisational change services usually offered only by major organisations, the Align Partnership also offers the benefits of working with the SME community: independence, transparency and a relentless focus on low cost, high value solutions that work for the customer, not just on satisfying shareholders.
Our objective is to build a brand that is a genuine alternative to the big corporates, a partnership that employees are proud to work for, and an organisation that clients choose to return to - because putting them first underpins everything we do.
Alongside expertise in our own fields, what all of the partners in the Align consortium have in common is our commitment to our local communities and social enterprise. To this end, we are committed to investing at least 10% of our profits annually to building, maintaining or generating new opportunities for community-based projects.
